Services: Adherence Programs
Proherant provides dedicated adherence and call center services to support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturers throughout product launch and growth phases.
Types of adherence program services:
- Introductory or welcome call to educate patient on disease and drug and to establish expectations for drug therapy; information on other manufacturer-sponsored programs can also be offered.
- Outbound patient calls at key milestones in the patient’s course of therapy, designed to increase compliance and persistency
- Patient logs to record key events for physician review
- Reports to physician on individual or aggregated patient basis
- Trended HIPAA-compliant reports to manufacturer
Each therapy-specific team is staffed with experienced registered nurses who serve as a resource for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. They provide product information based on FDA- and manufacturer-approved materials.
