As the administrator of manufacturer-sponsored patient assistance programs, Proherant utilizes our vast experience to develop and manage best-in-class programs based on manufacturer objectives and regulatory requirements. When alternative coverage options have been exhausted, Proherant will:

• Facilitate the PAP enrollment process
• Confirm eligibility based on manufacturer criteria
• Communicate enrollment status to patients and healthcare professionals
• Coordinate product shipment
