Pete A. Stark, CPA
Group Vice President, Manufacturer Services, Proherant Health, Inc.

As Group Vice President for Manufacturer Services, Pete Stark has full operational and P&L responsibilities for Proherant, including the development of the company’s logistics capabilities and broader manufacturer services strategies. Prior to his current position, Mr. Stark held senior positions in the financial planning and accounting areas. Mr. Stark’s experience spans over 18 years in the areas of finance and operations, the last 11 working exclusively in the healthcare field. He has held senior-level finance positions with companies focused in the specialty pharmacy and oncology physician practice management sectors, as well as with a manufacturer of shipping materials. Mr. Stark attended the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems, from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN.

Rita Holt
Vice President, Reimbursement and Operational Support Services

As the Vice President of Reimbursement Support Services, Rita Holt is responsible for the broad array of reimbursement services provided by Proherant. She has served as Vice President of Reimbursement for Accredo Health Group, Inc., where her responsibilities included directing the reimbursement functions for Accredo Nova Factor, as well as all related partnerships. While at Accredo, she has served in various capacities as Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Reimbursement. Ms. Holt joined the company in January 1988, after serving as Controller for 5 years at United States Security Insurance Company, the captive insurance company owned by Methodist Healthcare Systems in Memphis, TN. Ms. Holt received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Tennessee.

Brenda T. Wright
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing

Brenda Wright recently joined Proherant as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Prior to her new responsibilities, she served in various senior roles at Accredo, including Vice President of Business Development and Marketing and Vice President of Outcomes and Clinical Integrity from 2002 to 2008. She has also held management positions with Caremark, Specialized Clinical Services/Tokos, and PharmaThera, Inc. Ms. Wright’s experience spans over 20 years in healthcare, including the areas of business development, sales, operations, and clinical practice. Ms. Wright is a registered pharmacist and a member of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists. Ms. Wright attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and earned a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy, with a concentration in Clinical Practices and Nutrition.
