Clinical coordination and site of service solutions

Through our national network of home health agencies and site-of-service clinics, specialized teams coordinate registered nurses to perform in-home nursing and alternate-site services related to product education, administration, and self-administration training for prescribed therapies.

Adherence programs

By delivering a focused message on efficacy, dosing, safety, and long-term benefits of medication, these programs are designed to increase adherence. The program consists of outbound calls placed to the patient at key milestones of therapy to set expectations, to encourage follow-up appointments with the physician to monitor results, and to adjust dosing if needed. There are also quality-of-life surveys that can be utilized to assess the patient’s response to his or her continued therapy.

Clinical call center
