For example, our experience has taught us that we can leverage the skills of registered nurses more effectively than customer service representatives in researching appeals with physician’s offices, due to their level of expertise in that area.

We value each of our employees and conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys, which help us make meaningful changes within the organization. Finally, we work with our employees to establish performance goals that are evaluated biannually to ensure that quality performance is appropriately recognized and rewarded.
